1. Digital-Only Products

Hima's Choice sells digital embroidery design files exclusively. There are no physical products, and therefore no physical shipping is involved. All deliveries are electronic and instant.

2. Instant Delivery

After successful payment, your design files are delivered immediately and automatically through the following channels:

  • Email: A branded email from noreply@himaschoice.com containing secure download links for each purchased design and machine format.
  • WhatsApp: Download links are also sent to your registered WhatsApp number for quick access.
  • Account Dashboard: All purchased designs are available in your account under "My Purchases" for re-download at any time.

3. Download Link Validity

  • Download links sent via email and WhatsApp are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, the links expire for security purposes.
  • You can request new download links from your account dashboard or the design page at any time — there is no limit on re-downloads.

4. Supported File Formats

Each design is available in multiple machine-specific formats. When purchasing, you select the format(s) compatible with your embroidery machine:

  • DST — Tajima machines
  • PES — Brother machines
  • JEF — Janome machines
  • EXP — Melco machines
  • XXX — Singer machines
  • VP3 — Husqvarna Viking / Pfaff machines
  • HUS — Husqvarna machines
  • ART — Bernina machines

Please ensure you select the correct format for your machine before purchasing. If you are unsure which format your machine uses, consult your machine's manual or contact us for assistance.

5. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your design files after payment:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for emails from noreply@himaschoice.com.
  • Check WhatsApp for messages from our business number.
  • Log in to your account and check "My Purchases" — designs should appear there immediately after payment.
  • Use the "Send to Email" button on the design page to resend download links.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at himaschoice1@gmail.com with your Order ID.
