Getting your designs is easy. Follow these simple steps to start stitching in minutes.
Complete Purchase
Once your payment is confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email with your download links.
Download ZIP File
Click the 'Download' button next to each design. We bundle all available formats (DST, PES, JEF, XXX, etc.) into a single ZIP file for convenience.
Unzip & Transfer
Right-click the downloaded file and select 'Extract All'. Open the folder, find the format that matches your machine, and transfer it via USB.
Common Issues
Corrupted File? Try downloading again. Ensure your internet connection is stable.
Wrong Format? We include all major formats. If yours is missing, contact support with your order number.
Machine not reading USB? Ensure your USB drive is formatted to FAT32 and has a capacity less than 32GB (for older machines).
Didn't receive the download? If you don't see the downloaded file in your Downloads folder, contact our support team with your order number.
